We process orders within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, Ariglow Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective or damaged.
