Return Conditions

  • We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and free from damage.

How to Initiate a Return

    • Your order number.
    • The reason for your return.
    • A photo of the product, if applicable.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for shipping the product back to us.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
